Union Grove UMC is part of a larger denomination known as the United Methodist Church. Made up of churches from around the world, the United Methodist Church is dedicated to making disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world. Local churches provide the most significant arena through which disciple-making occurs, and Union Grove gladly participates in that mission as a part of the Wisconsin Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church.
